STORRS, Conn. โ UConn swimming and diving is set to host the University of Rhode Island on Saturday, October 31st at the Wolff-Zackin Natatorium.
The Huskies are coming off a massive win in Pennsylvania, defeating the Villanova Wildcats 174-126.
Junior swimmer Sydney Perkins is looking to keep her strong season going as well, coming off her BIG EAST female athlete of the week after winning two events in the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke in an overall dominate performance.
UConn is 4-0 vs Rhode Island, with their last win being on the road in Kingston, Rhode Island last season, where the Huskies won 188-112.
The meet is set for 12pm, with this being the second home meet of the year for the Huskies, as they are looking to keep the momentum going on their home turf on Saturday afternoon.
