UConn Concludes Non-Conference Slate at Yale

STORRS, Conn. – Capping the non-conference portion of its 2019 schedule, UConn women's lacrosse looks to snap a three-game skid and get back in the win column when they travel up the road to New Haven for a midweek clash against the Yale Bulldogs on Wednesday, April 10 at 3:00 p.m. The game will be broadcast on ESPN+

Opponent and Series History…
- Yale leads the all-time series, 9-0, but the Connecticut rivals haven't competed against each other on the field since March 26, 2008 – an 18-3 Yale win. UConn will look to get its first series win on Wednesday.
- Yale (4-6, 0-4 Ivy) enters the week after getting edged by Cornell, 18-12. The Bulldogs fought back from an early 6-1 deficit and came within two goals of the Big Red in the second half, but the Bulldogs got no closer, as Cornell scored five of the game's final six goals to secure the six point win.
- First-year midfielder Jill Gollob paces Yale with 29 goals, while classmate Olivia Penoyer has racked up a team-leading 16 assists and 43 points.
