Top International Men’s and Women’s Programs Converge at USA Lacrosse Headquarters for Olympic-Style Sixes Showdown
Nedrow, N.Y. - The Haudenosaunee Nationals, the premier international lacrosse organization representing the sport's origins on the world stage, have announced rosters and coaching staffs for their men's and women's teams ahead of the 2026 Atlas Cup, hosted by USA Lacrosse at their headquarters in Sparks Glencoe, Maryland, October 23-25.
Former UConn student-athlete Jordan Coulon was named to the roster. During her time as a Husky, Coulon appeared in 38 games, recording six goals and six ground balls. She currently serves as an assistant coach for Wagner women's lacrosse.
The Nationals will look to continue to build on their successes in the Olympic-style Sixes discipline after an impressive showing at the 2026 Pan-American Sixes Lacrosse Championships earlier this month that saw the women finish fourth and the men bring home the bronze.

"Competing in the Atlas Cup gives us another opportunity to showcase the depth and talent of the Haudenosaunee Nationals," said Claudia Jimerson, director of lacrosse operations for the Haudenosaunee Nationals. "To our players and the nations they represent, this trip has meaning beyond sports. Lacrosse is how we tell our story. Every tournament gives us a platform to share the Creator's Game with the world, and every win serves as a reminder that lacrosse's originators are still among the best of the best."
All participants from both sides of the bracket are in action on day one. The men will begin their slate with a bout against Canada, the top Sixes team in the world according to World Lacrosse. The women will face off against the top team on their side of the bracket, and the tournament's host nation, the United States. Every match of the Atlas Cup will be streamed live and for free on the USA Lacrosse YouTube Channel.
The Haudenosaunee teams both placed third in last year's inaugural Atlas Cup.
The Haudenosaunee men's Sixes team is currently ranked No. 5 in the world. The Nationals' women's team, No. 3 in box and No. 4 in field, will be looking to rise in the World Lacrosse rankings for the Sixes discipline.
