Women’s Lacrosse Travels to UMass for Saturday Matinee

STORRS, Conn. – After hosting its home opener last week, the UConn women's lacrosse team is back on the road for two consecutive matches, with the first coming this Saturday when the Huskies travel to Amherst to take on UMass. The game is set for a 3 p.m. start.

- UMass leads the all-time series against the Huskies, 10-2. UMass took last year's meeting, 12-11.

- Kiley Anderson leads UMass with 11 goals, while Kaitlyn Cerasi has racked up a team-high eight assists.

Katie Woods enters her 9th season at the helm of the UConn Lacrosse program in 2019. The most successful coach in UConn women's lacrosse history, Woods has accumulated a 107-96 record, six winning seasons and two conference Coach of the Year Awards during her time in Storrs.
