SIBLEY ON ROWING AT UCONN: 'I rowed for my entire four years at UConn. Rowing was an exceptionally enriching experience for me. It has taught me that every day I need to work hard to reach my goals. If you work hard every day and put in the time, effort and determination, you will be rewarded. Rowing has taught me the true meaning of camaraderie, dedication and teamwork. My teammates are some of the most brilliant, motivated group of women that I have ever met and have always brought out the best in me. I would like to thank the coaches for always pushing me to my limits and teaching me to never give up.' 'Rowing, like success, is a journey, not a destination'- Rick Clother
