Tessa Pena joined UConn’s swimming and diving program in October of the 2015-16 season.

Pena graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. A two-year member of the women’s swimming team, Pena competed in multiple events at the 2015 Conference Championship, including the 400-yard IM and 200-yard butterfly. She transferred from Queens University of Charlotte, where she received All-American honors, competed at the NCAA Division II Championships and was named team MVP as a freshman.
