AS A SENIOR (2019): Played in all 17 games with 16 starts…Second on team in goals (28)…Fourth in total points (30)…Accumulated season-high six points (6 goals) at Cincinnati (March 30)…Racked up 16 ground balls…Forced career-best nine turnovers.

AS A JUNIOR (2018): Started all 17 games played … third on the team with a career-high 42 points and 37 goals … her five helpers marked a personal best … first on the team with four game-winning goals … … on two occasions notched a career-best five goals and five points at New Hampshire (Feb. 28) and at UAlbany (Mar. 7) … racked up a career-high 21 ground balls … forced eight turnovers … earned one draw control … strung together an 11-game point streak spanning from March 7- April 28.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2017): Appeared in 10 games … notched 11 goals and two helpers for 13 points … recorded three ground balls … earned two draw controls … caused one turnover.

AS A FRESHMAN (2016): Appeared in 12 games as a freshman…finished with three points, seven shots and three ground balls…scored her first career goal at Syracuse (March 29)…put up another goal against Cincinnati (April 2)…recorded a goal and a ground ball at Florida (April 24).

Before UConn: Served as a captain for Suffern’s lacrosse team her sophomore, junior and senior year…honored twice as an All-American…earned All-Section, All-League and All-County accolades all four years in high school…also a varsity letter-winner in swimming where she was also deemed All-County and All-League all four years…member of the National Art Honors Society.

Personal: Caitlin Rae Leary…born January of 1997…daughter of Chris and Marta Leary…has one older brother, Chris…majoring in animal science.
