"Pleased with our efforts and attitudes," said head coach Chris Maiello on the performance. "They trained hard both at home and on campus and today has been a long time coming, we got a couple more weeks of it but today was a good day for us."
Of one of those first-place finishes was from  junior swimmer Olivia Herbert, who placed first in the 200-yard butterfly and helped propel the Huskies to victory.
"I was really pleased," said Herbert. "More of how it felt and less of what place I came in. I'm really happy that it felt smooth."
The Huskies start 2026 off with a win and have a quick turnaround where they are set to face New Hampshire next Saturday in Durham.
"We're in a good position, said Head Coach Chris Maiello on the upcoming meets. "Today was a good see at our racing skills, we certainly got a lot of things to clean up but we got some great racing coming up and hopefully we'll be a little better."
