Huskies Set to Host Northeastern Saturday

STORRS, Conn- UConn swimming and diving are set to host the University of Northeastern on Saturday November 8th at Wolff-Zackin Natatorium at 12 pm.
The Huskies are coming off a dominating performance against the University of Rhode Island, defeating the rams 188-112 and bringing their record to 1-1 on the young season. Sydney Perkins, Jessica Sheng, Nadine Amin and Mia Hatriz all had strong showings for the Huskies in the previous meet, placing top 3 in 10 if their events, with six 1st place finishes.
Northeastern is 3-0 on the season, with their previous win coming against MIT and Harvard at the MIT/Harvard Tri meet on October 24th.The Huskies are looking to beat the visiting Huskies for the 1st time in three years, as they were defeated by Northeastern in the previous matchup, losing 149-151in a tight raced battle.
