MSOC set for matchup with no. 18 Xavier

CINCINNATI, OH. – The UConn men's soccer team (2-4-1) will square off against the Xavier Musketeers (6-0-3) Saturday night at Corcoran Field.

UConn has started off conference play 0-1-1 through the first two games. Frantz Pierrot leads the Huskies with three goals this season. He leads the BIG EAST with 3.71 shots per game and has 26 shots on the year. Mateo Leveque leads the team with four assists which ranks third in the BIG EAST.

Xavier comes into Saturday's match ranked number 18 in the United Soccer Coaches Poll. They have tied in their first two BIG EAST matches.

Kickoff is set for 7:00pm at Corcoran Field in Cincinnati, Ohio.
