WSOC Travels Up 1-84 To Face CCSU

NEW BRITAIN, Conn. - The UConn women's soccer team (2-2-1) head to New Britain this weekend to take on CCSU on Sunday, September 11 at 1 p.m.Â
The Huskies are coming off a tough 1-0 loss at Northeastern that saw the Huskies dominate play and chances in the match but ultimately fall 1-0.
UConn has had a balanced scoring attack with Maddie Carroll leading the way with three goals. Abbey Jones and Jada Konte each have scored a pair and four other Huskies have scored a goal this season.
The Huskies are 12-1-1 against CCSU since 2000 with UConn winnning 2-1 in Storrs last season. Duda Santin and Jada Konte tallied goals in the victory.Â
The Blue Devils are 2-4 this season with victories against Siena and New Hampshire. Kristina Kelly leads the offense with two goals this season.
UConn has outscored opponents 11-1 on Sunday's this season with a 6-0 victory at Syracuse and 5-0 triumph vs. UMass Lowell.Â
