Connecticut Lacrosse Alum to Play Overseas

STORRS, Conn. - University of Connecticut lacrosse alum Kati Kasch will return to the field this summer as part of the West Coast Force Lacrosse Travel Team. Kasch was a member of the Huskies for three seasons, recording six points in 26 games played from 2006-08.
She is among the 12-member roster committed to the Japan Tour and is one of two players listed on attack. Kasch joins the group of high school and collegiate players who landed in Nagoya on Thursday set to participate in the International Friendship Games sponsored by the Japan Lacrosse Association.
Kasch and the West Coast Force will play four games over the 10-day tour of Japan with two games scheduled to take place in Nagoya and another pair of contests to take place in Tokyo. West Coast Force will face a pair of Japanese College Teams in addition to playing against the Tokai District U23 and Kanto District U23 squads.
