Daniel Naurato Named To AHA Honor Roll

Storrs, Conn. - It was announced on Monday, November 29 that UConn junior forward Daniel Naurato (Northville, Mich.) was named to the Atlantic Hockey Association Honor Roll. Naurato put home two goals and two assists last weekend in a pair of games at the RPI Holiday Tournament in Troy, N.Y.
Naurato tallied a goal and an assist in a 6-5 loss to the hosts, No. 17 RPI, on Friday night. He then figured in the scoring of both of UConn's goals in a 6-2 loss to Alabama-Huntsville on Saturday night, notching a goal and an assist. The Huskies currently sit at 3-6-3 overall with a 3-3-1 mark in the Atlantic Hockey Association.
On the season, Naurato has registered two goals and four assists for six points. Naurato has done the majority of his work in the last three games, notching two goals and three assists.
UConn will get back into conference action with a pair of games at Niagara this weekend. Niagara is currently receiving votes in the latest USCHO.Com poll. The games will be played on Friday and Saturday, December 3 and 4. Both games will begin at 7:05 in Dwyer Arena in Niagara University, N.Y.
