Lacrosse Hosts BU in Fall Action at Sherman

2009 Fall Schedule
STORRS, Conn. - University of Connecticut women's lacrosse head coach Angela McMahon announced the Huskies' fall schedule on Monday. In addition to three scrimmages, the team will once again participate in the Friends of Jaclyn Race on Oct. 4.
As previously announced, UConn will take part in the inaugural women's lacrosse HEADStrong Tournament at Hofstra on Sept. 26. The month of October will be the busiest for the Huskies as they travel to Dartmouth and UMass on Oct. 3 and 4. Prior to UConn's 1 p.m. scrimmage in Amherst, Mass., the team will take part in the Friends of Jaclyn 5K Race for the second-consecutive season.
There will be an intra squad scrimmage on the morning of Oct. 17 at George J. Sherman Family Sports Complex. The Huskies will host Boston University at 2 p.m. on Oct. 24, marking the conclusion of fall play.
