STORRS, Conn. (February 27, 2007) - The University of Connecticut women's lacrosse team's game against Yale scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 28, has been moved to Johnson Field on the Yale campus in New Haven. It will remain at 4 p.m.
Snow showers over the last two days have made the turf field at the George J. Sherman Family Sports Complex in Storrs unplayable.
Both squads won their season-openers and head into Wednesday's game with a 1-0 record on the season. The Huskies are 0-6 all-time against the Bulldogs, dropping last year's contest, 6-5, in double overtime.
