2024 Season: Signed free agent contract with the Houston Astros. First Team All-BIG EAST. First Team ABCA Northeast All-Region. Most Outstanding Player of NCAA Norman Regional. Norman Regional All-Tournament team.Finished his UConn career 16th in program history with a .332 career batting average. Became the 23rd Husky to notch 200 career hits. Tied for 11th with 27 career home runs and 9th with 57 career stolen bases. Started 60 games for the Huskies during his senior season. Led the team with a .333 batting average, 81 hits, 133 total bases and 19 doubles. Added 44 runs scored, 49 runs batted in, 19 stolen bases and 11 home runs. Led the team with 24 multi-hit games. Homered and hit a walk-off RBI single on Opening Day vs. Louisville (2/16). Had a career day going 5-5 with a home run, four runs batted in and three runs scored at California (2/24). Notched a pair of hits at California (2/25). Posted a multi-homer game with three hits and four runs batted in at Cal Baptist (3/16). Had a three-hit effort with a pair of stolen bases vs. LIU (3/20). Went 6-13 in series at Rutgers (3/22-3/24). Notched a pair of hits including a home run vs. St. John's (4/12). Homered and collected three hits vs. St. John's (4/13). Registered a three-hit day with three runs batted in vs. Hofstra (4/24). Smashed a walk-off home run as part of a four-hit, three-RBI game vs. Villanova (4/28). Doubled and homered in a win vs. Creighton (5/10). Went 3-3 with an RBI double vs. Duke (5/31) in NCAA Norman Regional. Had three hits including a home run and drove in three in NCAA Norman Regional Final at No. 9 Oklahoma (6/3). Notched his 200th career hit on an RBI double in Game 2 of the NCAA Tallahassee Regional (6/8) at No. 8 Florida State.Â
2023 Season: NCAA Gainesville Regional All-Tournament team. Started in all 61 games in the UConn outfield. Hit .290 with 65 hits, 57 runs scored, 14 doubles, 10 home runs and 45 runs batted in. Led the team with three triples. Posted a .513 slugging percentage and had the second most stolen bases on the team with 23. Recorded 19 multi-hit games and 12 multi-RBI efforts. Registered season-high with four runs scored and added four RBIs after notching three hits with a triple and homer vs. Ohio State (2/18). Went 3-5 with a double, home run and two RBIs in a comeback win vs. Cal Poly (2/24). Hit a grand slam vs. Rutgers (3/24). Collected three hits including a home run vs. UMBC (3/31). Hit a grand slam and posted a season-high five runs batted in at Columbia (4/4). Went 2-5 with a home run at St. John's (4/8). Drove in three and scored three runs vs. Bryant (4/10). Homered and tripled vs. Hofstra (5/7). Went 2-3 with a pair of stolen bases at Creighton (5/20). Hit safely in all three games with a pair of doubles in the NCAA Gainesville Regional (6/2-4).Â
2022 Season: First Team All-BIG EAST. BIG EAST All-Tournament team. Missed some time with hamstring injury but played in 41 games and made 30 starts in outfield and designated hitter. Hit .411 with 51 hits, 11 doubles, one triple, six home runs and 28 RBI. Scored 27 runs and stole nine bases. Had 15 multi-hit games and seven multi-RBI games.  Recorded four hits including a pair of doubles and two RBI to help Huskies sweep FIU (3/6). Hit his first career home run at Pepperdine (3/13). Went 14-19 (.737 AVG) with five runs scored and seven RBI in a six-game stretch before injuring hamstring (4/5-12). Hit safely in 15 of the last 16 games that he played to close the season (5/14-6/13). Went 2-5 with a three-run homer to help Huskies win series against Xavier (5/15). Notched three hits at Bryant (5/17). Went 6-13 with three runs scored and pair of RBI at Georgetown (5/19-21). Went 2-4 with a pair of runs batted in against Georgetown in BIG EAST Championship (5/26). Hit a pair of home runs and drove in four in victory against Creighton in BIG EAST Championship (5/28). Went 2-4 with a double ad home run in Game 1 of Super Regionals at No. 2 Stanford (6/11).Â
2021 Season: Mainly used off the bench as a pinch-runner but appeared in 20 games and made two starts. Went 3-11 at the plate with four runs scored, two RBIs and six stolen bases. Stole first career base vs. Boston College (3/30). In his first career start vs. Georgetown (4/9) logged his first career hit. Went 1-1 with an RBI against Seton Hall (5/22). Came off the bench and went 1-1 against No. 10 Notre Dame (6/5) in South Bend Regional.Â
High School: Played for head coach John Cross at Brien McMahon High School. Was a four-year starter and two-year captain on the baseball team. 2019 All-FCIAC selection. Participated in the Junior Select All-Star game. Also ran indoor track in high school. Two-time 55 meter dash FCIAC champion. 2020 55 meter dash Class LL state champion. Class LL 55 meter record holder. Two-time New Balance Nationals qualifier. Was two-year team captain and MVP. Â
