2017 Season: The outfielder joined the Huskies in 2017 and was a power bat in the middle of the order…Received the 2017 Dee Rowe Scholar Athlete Award...He led the Huskies with 17 doubles, seven home runs, 43 RBIs, a .457 slugging percentage and 15-multi-RBI games...The Palo Alto native battled a knee injury throughout the year but still played 54 games in right field and as the designated hitter…He hit .264 with 55 hits, 29 runs scored, stole three bases and recorded five outfield assists…Got off to a torrid stretch hitting .353 with eight doubles, two home runs and 12 RBIs in first 13 games of the season…Hit first career home run vs. UMass-Lowell (2/18)…Recorded a season-high four hits the next day (2/19)…Lifted the Huskies to a 2-1 win at Texas with a two-run double (2/25)…Had a three-hit performance at UC Davis (3/12) that included a double and home run…Go-ahead two-run single in the ninth inning to vault Huskies to win at CCSU (3/21)…Homered in back-to-back games vs. Cincinnati (4/28-29) and registered season-high 4 RBIs in series opener (4/28)…Season-high nine-game hit streak from 4/28-5/12…Hit game-tying two-run single in the ninth at Houston (5/5)…Go-ahead RBI single in the eighth inning at Houston (5/7)…Hit a two-run homer against Sacred Heart (5/9)…Went 6-17 (.352) in The American Conference Championship, including a three-run homer against Houston (5/25).
