2019Ā Season:Ā Drafted in the 37th Round of the 2019 MLB Draft by the Pittsburgh Pirates. Finished tied for second all-time with 87 appearances. Recorded a 2.52 ERA in 31 appearances and notched tied a bullpen-high with 68 strikeouts. Opponents hit .228 against him. Fired 2.2 scoreless innings with three strikeouts to help Huskies defeat No. 4 Louisville (2/17). Struck out six in 3.2 innings of work at College of Charleston (2/24). Earned save against Northeastern (3/1) with 2.1 inning performance. Notched win out of bullpen vs. Michigan State (3/15) in 3.0 inning stint. Did not allow a run in 10 appearances (13.2 innings) from March 22 ā April 14. Picked up a pair of victories against Memphis in combined 3.0 scoreless innings of work. Struck out career-high seven batters against Houston in American Athletic Conference Championship (5/21). Logged 1.1 scoreless frames vs. Nebraska (5/31) in NCAA Oklahoma City Regional. Tossed 1.2 scoreless innings vs. No. 9 Oklahoma State (6/2).
2018 Summer: Named Most Improved Player with New Bedford in the NECBL⦠Dandeneau became one of the leagueās best relievers, finishing with a 1.22 ERA, six saves and 37 strikeouts over 22 innings⦠He was named the South Divisionās closer for the All-Star Game... Finished with a 1.23 WHIP while limiting opponents to a .198 average against, while his 15.136 K/9 ratio was one of the best marks in the league⦠Appeared in two games for the Chatham Anglers in Cape Cod Baseball League including 2.2 shutout innings against Harwich (Aug. 6) to lock down a save in the CCBL Playoffs.

2016 Summer: Pitched for the Plymouth Pilgrims in the NECBL...Appeared in 13 games, starting in three...Recorded 39 strikeouts in 35.2 innings...One of three UConn pitchers to rank inside the top-10 with a 2.27 ERA (Domnarski & Nepiarsky)...Ranked eighth in ERA and 12th in strikeouts.
2016 Season: Appeared out of the bullpen 22 times for the Huskies, holding a 4.56 ERA in 23.2 IP⦠Struck out 25 batters and held opponents to a .244 batting average againstā¦Did not allow a run in eight-straight appearances, spanning 10.0 innings, from Feb. 27 ā April 6ā¦Pitched 2.0 scoreless innings in NCAA Regional action against Georgia Tech on June 5.
2015 Summer: Earned an All-Star nod as a member of the Brockton Rox in the Futures League. The right-hander appeared in 11 games, including nine starts, compiled a 2-1 record with a stellar 1.92 ERA. Struck out 44 batters in 42 innings pitched. Notched a victory on June 18, firing five innings of shutout ball with three strikeouts against the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs.
2015 Season: Redshirt season.
High School: Played three years of varsity baseball at La Salle Academy...Two-time Providence Journal All-State...Two-time First Team All-Division...Team captain...As a senior, posted a 7-2 record with a 1.33 ERA and 71 strikeouts in 51 innings...overall for his La Salle career, went 12-3 with a 1.11 ERA and 143 strikeouts in 94.1 innings...2014 Perfect Game All-Region honorable mention...2013 Perfect Game Underclass All-America honorable mention...Also played basketball as a freshman and sophomore, captaining a freshman state champion team...Rhode Island Honor Society member.
