Huskies Set to Welcome 5 Teams for UConn Invitational

STORRS, Conn. - The UConn women's tennis team is back in action this weekend as they welcome Army, Rhode Island, Sacred Heart, Bryant and Fordham for the UConn Invitational. The Invitational is set to begin Friday September 12 and wrap up Sunday Sept. 14.
The Huskies will kick off the UConn invitational with a 3pm matchup vs. Bryant. The Huskies opened the 2025 Fall season at the Quinnipiac Invitational and will look to carry that momentum into their home slate.
The Huskies will return to the courts Saturday as they face off against Rhode Island. The Huskies will face off in seven singles matchups followed by three doubles matchups verse the Rams.
The UConn invitational will be one of two invitationals the Huskies host this fall, as they will wrap up their fall season with the Husky Invite Oct. 17-19.
