Huskies Host Seton Hall in Weekend Series

STORRS, Conn. – The UConn women's volleyball team (2-6, 2-4 BE) will host the Seton Hall Pirates (4-5, 2-4 BE) on Friday and Saturday evening. Saturday's match will be UConn's senior night ceremony. Both Friday and Saturday's matches will begin at 6:00pm at Gampel Pavilion.
Last Time Out
The Huskies return to the court after almost two weeks off, having last played at Providence on March 13th. UConn fell to the Friars 3-1 on both of the matches that weekend. Junior Caylee Parker led the team with a total of 23 kills and sophomore Madi Whitmire posted a team-high 36 assists over the two matches.
Seton Hall comes to Storrs after splitting their last series with Villanova on March 19th and 20th. The Pirates dropped the first match 3-2 before winning the second match of the weekend 3-2.
Matchup History
UConn is 3-2 all time against Seton Hall with the last matchup coming in 2012 where the Huskies came away with a 3-2 victory in Storrs. UConn is 2-1 at home against the Pirates.
