STORRS, Conn. – The UConn volleyball team got a pair of double double efforts from sophomore Caylee Parker (Windsor, Ontario) and freshman Jasmine Davis (Redondo Beach, Calif.) but fell short of a comeback win, losing in five sets to Boston College Friday night at Gampel Pavilion in the UConn Challege.
The Huskies fall to 2-3 on the year while BC moves to 3-2 after a pair of wins today, beating Central Connecticut earlier in the day. The three-day tournament wraps up on Saturday as the Eagles will face Iona at 11 am and the Huskies battle state-rival CCSU at 2 pm.
