- Sophomore Morgan Wabick leads the team with six goals, while senior captain Jaime Fox has lit the lamp three times. Six Huskies have tallied two goals apiece
- Union (N.Y.) (2-5-1) enters Saturday afternoon's game after winning its two-game series against RIT – tying once and winning the second.

The Huskies played earlier in the week, dropping a 5-3 decision to Brown on Tuesday night despite netting three second-period goals and outshooting the Bears 77-33.

Chris Mackenzie enters his sixth season as the coach of the Huskies. Mackenzie has been an instrumental part in turning the program around and in 2015-16, Mackenzie coached UConn to their first winning season since 2010.
