Won gold medal in the distance medley relay (11:43.80) at the Nittany Lion Challenge.

Eighth-place finish in the 1000m (2:58.61) at the NYC Gotham Cup.

Took second in the 4x8 (9:04.14) at the Armory Track Invitational.

2015 Outdoor (Sophomore)

Silver medal in the 4x4 (3:54.16) at the Bulls Invitational.

Fourth-place finishes in the 1500m (4:54.00) and 4x4 (4:01.09) at the UConn Northeast Challenge.

Placed sixth in the 800m (2:16.24) at the Princeton Open.

2015 Indoor (Sophomore)

Third-place finishes in the distance medley relay at the Yale Collegiate Invitational (12:10.53) and the NYC Gotham Cup (12:13.24). Fifth-place finish in the mile (5:04.69) at the NYC Gotham Cup.

Finished fifth in the mile (4:57.70) and ninth in the 500m (1:20.82) at the Boston University Scarlet and White.

Placed third in the distance medley relay (11:51.40) at the American Indoor Track and Field Championships.

2014 Outdoor (Freshman)

Competed in the 1,500m run at the American Athletic Conference Championship, finishing eleventh (4:51.94).

Anchored the 4x800m relay team that finished 11^th at the Penn Relays (9:09.84).

2013-14 Indoor (Freshman)

Finished the preliminary heat of the 1,000m run at the ECAC Championships in 2:57.73.

Took home 11^th place in the mile run at the American Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 5:11.78.

Finished third in the 1,000m run at the Scarlet and White Invitational (2:54.93).

Competed in the 800m run at Armory Collegiate, finishing in 2:16.69.

Ran the second leg of the 4x800m relay team that finished third at the Yale Invitational (9:27.76).

High School: Attended Immaculate High School... Cross Country: Earned All SWC All-State, All-New England, Team MVP and was named a team captain... a Class S State Champion and Team Champion... Track & Field: Also honored as All-SWC, All-State, and All-New England in the 1600 and 4x800... also captainted the team and earned MVP honors... a Class S Champion in the 1600m (4:57) and the 800m (2:15)... also played soccer and lacrosse, capturing a state title with the soccer team... member of the national Honor Society as the secretary and achieved high honor status.
