As a Senior (2024): BIG EAST All-Tournament Team. Started in all 23 games in her lone season in Storrs. One of six players to play 1500+ minutes (1527 mins). Tied for second on the team with five goals and tied for third with 11 points. Added one assist. Made her UConn debut vs. Vermont (8/17). Scored her first goal as a Husky in win vs. Cal State Fullerton (9/5). Scored in victory vs. Texas A&M (9/15). Picked up her lone assist of the season at Marquette (10/13). Scored goal vs. Butler (10/17). Tallied a goal in win vs. DePaul (10/24). Played season-high 94 minutes vs. Xavier in BIG EAST Championship game (11/10). Scored game-winning goal in BIG EAST Semifinals vs. Georgetown (11/7).Â

High School: At Saint Joseph's Fried was named to the All-State three times (2017, 18, 19), twice earned All-New England team honors (2018, 19), and was named an All-American in 2019. That same season she earned Connecticut High School Coaches Association Player of the Year and GameTimeCT All-State Player of the Year. Fried was FCIAC Championship MVP in 2017 and earned All-FCIAC Conference honors three times (2017, 18, 19).Â
