Before UConn: Comes to Storrs after spending a season in the USHL with the Chicago Steel of the USHL... Appeared in 22 games for the Steel, going 12-6-4 with 2.06 goals against average and a .905 save percentage... Additionally Louhivaara competed with the Finland U20 team where he appeared in one game with a 2.82 goals against average and a .885 save percentage… Was selected by the New Jersey Devils in the 2024 NHL Draft (5th round, 146th overall).
