2014-15: Skated in 17 contests, including each of UConn's postseason games...fired five shots and finished the year a +1...recorded 10 blocked shots, including two in the WHEA semifinals vs. No. 1 Boston College.
Before UConn: Played prep hockey at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, N.H., the alma mater of current Huskies Sarah MacDonnell and Alice Hughes...captained Brewster as a senior...two-time Lakes Region All Star...also captained lacrosse and soccer teams, earning Lakes Region All Star nods in each...was a magna cum laude student for 10 trimesters at Brewster.
Personal: Shannon Lane Godin...daughter of Shawn and Lynn Godin...has three older brothers; Shayne, Brendan and Lee and one younger sister, Lauren...will enter UConn as an exploratory major.
