2019-20 (Junior)
Indoor
- Made it to the podium at the AAC, IC4A and New England Championships during the indoor season.
- Earned All-East honors at the IC4A Championship by finishing 2nd in the 800 meters with a time of 1:50.23, his fastest time of the season, and by taking 2nd on the Distance Medley Relay team in 9:57.35.
- Earned a bronze at the AAC Championship in the 800 meters, finishing in 1:52.54.
- Was an All-New England honoree in the 4x800 meter relay that placed 2nd overall with a time of 7:40.15.
- At the BU Season Opener, he helped the Huskies repeat as winners in the 4x400 relay, winning in 3:14.59.
- At the same meet, he set a new PR in the 1,000 meters, taking 3rd place overall with a time of 2:26.42.
- At the Columbia Challenge, he finished 7th in the 800 meters (1:52.08) and was on UConn’s winning Distance Medley Relay (9:51.09) and the 4x400 relay team that was 3rd (3:13.85).
2018-19 (Sophomore)
Indoor
- Won the AAC individual title in the 800 meters at the AAC Championship, beating the field with a time of 1:49.39, setting a new PR in the event.
- Was also a New England Champion in the 500 meters, where he won by setting another new PR, posting a time of 1.03.86.
- Scored in the 800 meters at the IC4A Championship with a 5th place finish in a time of 1:52.50. He earned All-East honors on the Huskies 2nd place 4x800 meter relay team with a time of 7:28.04.
- Earned an impressive win at the Columbia Challenge in a national field of teams, winning with a time of 1:50.49. Also finished 6th with the UConn 4x400 relay team in a time of 3:16.42.
- At the URI Sorlein Invitational, won on the 4x400 relay team at 3:26.11 and finished 2nd in the 500 meters in 1:05.57.
- At the BU Season Opener, won on the 4x400 relay team (3:16.07) and was 4th in the 1,000 meters, running the event for the first time.
Outdoor
- Set new PR’s in the 400, 800 and 1500 meters during the outdoor season and was an NCAA East Regional qualifier in the 800 meters.
- Recorded a new PR in the 800 meters at the Florida Relays, finishing 8th overall with a time of 1:48.79.
- Posted his best-time ever in the 1500 at the Spec Town Invitational, clocking in at 4:00.84, finishing 7th.Â
- Had his best 400 meter time at the UConn Northeast Challenge, where he posted a 48.62 seconds to take 6th overall. He was also part of the 4x400 relay team that finished 3rd (3:13.87) at the event.
2017-18 (Freshman)
Indoor
- Made it to the podium at the New England Championship in the 800 meters and the 4x400 meter relay. He finished 2nd to earn All-New England honors in the 800, clocking in at 1:52.22. Was a member of the 4x400 team that won at New England’s with at time of 3:16.03.
- Ran his fastest 800-meter time of the indoor season at the BU Season Opener, finishing 2nd in 1:50.30. Returned to that track for the BU Valentine Invitational, clocking in at 1:50.87 to take 13th.
- Scored for the Huskies in the 800 meters at the AAC Indoor Championship, finishing 5th with a time of 1:52.07.
- Was 8th in the 800 meters at the IC4A Championship and earned All-East honors in the 4x400 with a 3rd place finish in 3:11.34.
Outdoor
- Earned All-AAC honors as a rookie in the 800 meters, getting to the podium with a 3rd place finish in a time of 1:51.68. Also scored at the meet with the Huskies’ 4x400 meter relay team that finished 8th (3:20.10).
- Ran his fastest time of the spring in the 800 meters at the Florida Relays, posting a 1:51.10.
- Helped the Huskies to a win in the 4x400 at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational, beating the field at 3:14.17.
- At the UConn Northeast Challenge, took 5th place in the 800 meters (1:54.06) and was 5th on the 4x400 relay team (3:20.26).
