2020-21 (Junior Season): Moved into the No. 1 singles spot as a junior...Named to the All-BIG EAST Second Team...She posted a 7-5 singles record on the season...Also played at No. 1 doubles where she finished with a 11-1 record for the season...Helped the team to a 29-9 doubles record (.763) during the dual match season...Teamed with freshman Leonie Hoppe in doubles and the duo ran off 11-straight wins during the season, including a 3-0 mark against BIG EAST opponents...Together, they earned the program's first-ever ITA national ranking, finishing the year No. 87 in the rankings...Named an ITA Scholar-Athlete.
2019-20 (Sophomore Season): Played at No. 2 singles for much of the season…Had three singles wins, including advancing to the semifinal of the Quinnipiac Invitational A Flight…In doubles pay, was 9-11 on the season, the second most doubles wins on the team…Teamed with classmate Mirelle Moreau for a 5-4 record…The duo got to the finals in the consolation bracket of the Gold Draw in the Purdue Invitational…Teamed with senior Cassie Chung to advance to the finals of the A Flight at the QU Invite.
2018-19 (Freshman Season): Finished her rookie season with a team-high 16 singles wins, playing the majority of the season in the No. 2 and No.3 slots…She posted a 16-13 overall singles mark…She was 8-5 during the fall tournament schedule…Highlighted by sharing the B Flight singles title at the West Point Invitational with classmate Mirelle Moreau…She also led the team in doubles wins, posting a 20-11 mark, 11-5 during the spring dual matches…Teamed with senior Gillian Perrotta to go a team-best 16-9 as a doubles duo…The duo won a share of the B Flight title at the QU Invitational, her first collegiate competition…She won her first six doubles matches of the season…Advanced to the semis of the B Flight at Army Invite.
Before UConn: Attended New Bruanfels High School and Academa San Jose prior to that in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico...Played tennis for John Newcombe Tennis Academy under head coach Phil Hendrie...In 2018, she was the doubles champion and consolation winner at the USTA National Championship L3 in Louisiana and finished third in doubles at the USTA National Championship L2 in Texas...In 2017, she was a doubles champion at the USTA National Championship L3 in both Louisiana and Florida...Took third place in singles at the Louisiana tournament...She finished fourth in doubles at the USTA National Championship L2 in Texas and was the consolation winner at the USTA National Team Championship...In 2016, Bou was the doubles champion at the USTA National Championship L2 in Texas...A the Junior Fed Cup, she took third place in the North/Central American & Caribbean final qualifying...Played on the Jr. Fed Cup Puerto Rico team that was Region Champions at COTECC...In 2015, she played for the Fed Cup Puerto Rico team in Group 2 Las Americas...Was the singles and doubles champion at G16 Central American & Caribbean Games (JITIC)...Her team at the Jr. Fed Cup was a region finalist (COTECC)...She was the G16 singles and doubles champion at the USTA National Championship...Prior to moving to Texas, she was ranked No. 1 by the USTA Caribbean from 2011 through 2016...Through Tennis Recruiting, she achieved a high ranking of 79.
