Huskies Set for Weekend Matchups against Brown and #3 Harvard

STORRS, Conn. - The UConn women's field hockey team is set for their second road trip of the season as they are set to face off against Brown University Friday September 4, and no.3 Harvard, Sunday September 6.
The Huskies are coming off a 2-0 weekend which featured wins over the University of New Hampshire and no.20 Saint Joseph's. Over the weekend, the Huskies scored nine total goals while just allowing one goal.
Brown's 2026 season will kick off vs. the Huskies and can be streamed live on ESPN+. Last season Brown finished the season with a 10-6 overall record including a 6-2 record at home. Last season these two teams faced off which ended with a 3-2 win in favor of the Huskies.
Harvard kicks off the 2026 season this weekend as well as they are set to face off against UMass Lowell Friday, September 4 before facing off against the Huskies for a top 10 showdown on September 6 at 1pm. Last season Harvard finished the season with a 19-2 overall record and were 2-0 over the Huskies last season including a win over UConn in the elite eight.
Both road games for the Huskies will be streamed live on ESPN+.
