Huskies Dominate Quinnipiac

Manchester, Conn. – The UConn women's tennis team dominated in state rival Quinnipiac Wednesday afternoon.
The Huskies started the afternoon strong with wins in two of three doubles matchups. Ela Platenikova and Victoria Matos set the tone with a 7-5 win in no.1 doubles while Madison Mcleod and Chloe Lomans secured a 7-5 win in no.2 doubles.
The Huskies carried the momentum into their singles matches as Ela Platenikova (no.1 singles), Chloe Lomans (no.2 singles) Victoria Matos (no.3 singles), and Cameron Didion (no.4 singles) all won their matches.
UP NEXT: The Huskies will turn their attention to another in state battle as they face off against Fairfield University Wednesday, February 18.
