BIG EAST Schedule, Home Splits Announced For UConn MBB

NEW YORK – The BIG EAST conference announced the conference slate for the upcoming 2025-26 season on Thursday (Sept. 11) afternoon. The Huskies will again play a 20-game round robin league schedule with 10 games at home and 10 on the road.
Last year UConn went 14-6 in BIG EAST play and is 69-27 (.719) in league play since returning to the conference in 2020 – tied for the most BIG EAST wins in that span. The Huskies were dual regular season and tournament champions of the BIG EAST in 2024, their eighth Tournament crown and 11th regular season title, both most in the history of the league.
Conference play commences on Dec. 16 in Hartford against Butler and concludes on March 7 with a trip to Marquette. The 2026 BIG EAST Tournament will be held from March 11-14 at Madison Square Garden. Tip times and television designations will be announced at a later date.
UConn also officially announced its entire season of venue split designations on Thursday, noted in the opponent capsules and full schedule below. A limited number of season ticket deposits are being accepted for games at PeoplesBank Arena, here. Gampel Pavilion season tickets are no longer available.
