ESPN+ to Broadcast Big East Conference Games
STORRS, Conn. – The 2025 fall athletic season is just weeks away and UConn+, the University of Connecticut's sports-centric on-demand and live-streaming video platform, is ready to provide live coverage of 25 athletic events this fall.
UConn+ will be the exclusive outlet for live streaming of all home non-conference games for UConn field hockey, men's and women's soccer, and volleyball this fall. This fall's schedule is set to include 22 non-league games each across all four sports, a pair of BIG EAST field hockey match-ups, as well as airing the football season opener against Central Connecticut on August 30.
All UConn+ broadcasts will also be carried on the WWAX, the sister station of WFSB Channel 3, throughout Connecticut. Select events from other sports will also air on UConn+ throughout the 2025-26 season and will be announced at a later date. The UConn+ streaming schedule is subject to change due to Big East TV broadcast obligations.
For the 2025-26 season, Big East Conference match-ups will be available through ESPN+ as part of the conference's and ESPN's newly announced six-year digital media right agreement. ESPN+ offers both monthly and annual subscription options.
UConn+ is available via web browser, smart TV or the UConn Huskies mobile app. The platform is available on desktop and mobile browsers at UConnPlus.tv. It is available on television via major video streaming services Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Roku, which serve more than 90 percent of the streaming video marketplace. Users of these services should go to their respective app stores and search for UConn to download the UConn+ app.
