WSOC Announces 2025 Slate

STORRS, Conn. – The UConn women's soccer team has released its 2025 schedule with 17 regular season games including eight opportunities to see the Huskies at Joseph J. Morrone Stadium.
The Huskies closed the 2024 season by winning the BIG EAST Tournament championship and advancing to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2016. The Huskies won 14 games the most since that 2016 season.
The season begins with a pair of exhibitions games with a road tune up against New Hampshire (Aug. 6) and a home match against UMass (Aug. 10).
UConn opens the regular season at home with a match-up on August against Stony Brook on Sunday, August 17. The non-conference scheduled features road games at Texas A&M (August 23), a 2025 NCAA First Round rematch against Rutgers (Aug. 31), Yale (Sept. 4) and URI (Sept. 11). Other non-conference home games include of Brown (Aug. 28) and Maine (Sept. 14).
BIG EAST play starts at home with the first two conference matches against St. John's (Sept. 20) and Xavier (Sept. 24).
UConn hits the road for the first time in BIG EAST play against Georgetown (Sept. 27) and also play road games at Providence (Oct. 1), Butler (Oct. 15), DePaul (Oct. 22) and Seton Hall (Oct. 25).
The Huskies remaining BIG EAST home games are against Creighton (Oct. 4), Marquette (Oct. 11) and Villanova (Oct. 18).
The 2025 BIG EAST Championship shrinks to just a four-team Championship with the semifinals and championship games set for Nov. 6 and Nov. 9.
