STORRS, Conn. - The University of Connecticut softball team's next edition of "UConn Softball: Where Are They Now?" features a member of the highly successful Husky teams of the mid-1990s.
Jennifer Wardwell was part of the UConn teams that won two Big East Championships in 1995 and 1996, while finishing as runner-up in 1994 and 1997. UConn won eight conference titles between 1990 and 2001.
In addition to the team's success, Wardwell was named Second Team All-Big East in her freshman season with a 6-1 record and 2.27 ERA. In Big East games that season, she was 4-0 with a microscopic 0.20 ERA.

Regional Advancement Officer (Fundraiser) for Allegheny College
What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment since graduating from UConn?
Personally, marrying my partner of 22 years (who I met at UConn) and becoming a mom with the addition of our daughter, Tessie; Professionally, finding a career that utilizes and enhances so many of my strengths.
What's your favorite UConn softball memory?
Pitching under the lights against Texas A&M on the Olympic field in Columbus, GA.
