"This will be a great test for us," said Husky head coach Greg Roy. "This is a conference-type of meet. We've got excellent programs coming from across six different conferences all looking to get tuned up for the league meets next month. We're going to be ready to go. Weather looks like it will cooperate and we're excited for a big day."
The meet field includes Northeastern, Buffalo, Rhode Island, Albany and Southern Connecticut State University.
Saturday's meet will mark the Huskies' first competition at the Sherman Complex since it claimed the 2015 American Athletic Conference outdoor crown last May.
