LOS ANGELES, Calif. - The University of Connecticut men's and women's diving teams competed at the UCLA Diving Invitational on Saturday and Sunday as part of its winter training trip. The two-day meet featured UConn plus host UCLA, Stanford, USC, University of San Diego and California-San Diego.
Junior Adam Genuario (Norwalk, Conn.) finished second in the men's three-meter dive with 270.30 points while senior Stephen Ferreira (Madison, Conn.) was fourth on the one-meter with 283.70 points.
On the women's side, freshman Danielle Cecco (Hicksville, N.Y.) was sixth in the one-meter with 250.90 points.
