Softball Game Time Change

STORRS, Conn. (April 7, 2006) - The University of Connecticut softball game against Hofstra on Tuesday, April 11, originally scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m., will now be played at 3:00 p.m.

The Huskies will take on the Pride at the Connecticut Softball Stadium. It will be the 26th meeting all-time between the two programs, with UConn holding the 14-11 series advantage.

Prior to Tuesday's contest, the Huskies will host BIG EAST newcomers South Florida and Louisville in doubleheaders on Saturday, April 8 and Sunday, April 9. The first game on Saturday is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. and the first game on Sunday will take place at 11:00 a.m.
