Swimming Announces 2006-07 Captains

STORRS, Conn. (April 28, 2006) - Head Coach Bob Goldberg announced six captains for the 2006-07 mens and womens swim teams on Friday.  

Leading the mens team next season will be Tristan Jones (Wanniassa, Australia), Nick Acquavito (Freeport, N.Y.) and Tim Wong (Kingston, Jamaica), a trio of seniors who have all made quality contributions to the program.

On the womens side is a triad of juniors, Sarah Kearns (Milford, Mass.), Kelly Recupero (Stratford, Conn.) and Andrea Ryan (Davenport, Iowa), who have also made their mark.
