Women's Ice Hockey Falls To Holy Cross, 9-1

Hollie Stephens (East Haven, CT) scored UConns only tally of the game at the 10:10 mark of the first period. She was assisted by Michelle Zuba (New Milford, CT) and Nicole Perigard (Hamden, CT).
Holy Cross scored the next eight goals. Erin Williams recorded two goals and one assist for the Crusaders. Rachelle Beaudoin tallied one goal and three assists, while Elizabeth Campbell had one goal and two assists.
Diana Cohen (South Salem, NY) stopped 15 shot on net, while Jennelle DiSanto and Jill Robinson combined for 11 saves.
Connecticut will host Boston University in an exhibition game on Friday, January 26 at 7:00 p.m. at the UConn Ice Arena.
