ECAC Names Klein, Stephens, Herz Division I All-Stars

STORRS, Conn. - The Eastern College Athletic Conference named UConn seniors Laura Klein, Katie Stephens and Amy Herz to its 2000 selection of ECAC Division I Field Hockey All-Stars on Dec. 6.
First team honors were awarded to Klein, a forward from Fairfield, New Jersey, and Stephens, a back from Hershey, Pennsylvania. Herz, a forward from Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, made the second team.
This is the first postseason team selected by the ECAC in Division I field hockey. The all-stars were voted on by ECAC Division I coaches.
