Men's Basketball To Hold Blue-White Scrimmage

The event, which is free and open to the general public, will see doors to the arena open on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. A basketball clinic on the main court at the Civic Center, conducted by the UConn mens basketball coaches and players, will be held from 12 noon to 12:45 p.m. for the first 200 youth (14 and under) who enter the building.
Following the clinic, the 2000-2001 UConn mens basketball team will play its Blue-White Scrimmage at 1 p.m.
A free autograph session involving the UConn players will immediately follow the scrimmage. The autograph session is for youth 14 and under.
The Blue-White team scrimmage is UConns final pre-season exposure to the general public prior to its two exhibition games---November 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the Harry A. Gampel Pavilion. against Marathon Basketball, and November 14 at 7:30 p.m. in the Hartford Civic Center against the New York All-Stars.
