Christopher Mead began as Assistant Director of Ticket Operations in 2018 and has served as Senior Director of Ticket Operations since 2021. Christopher is the primary ticketing contact for the men’s & women’s soccer, women’s basketball and lacrosse programs & supports the daily functions of the ticket office.Â
Mead previously worked with The Aspire Group at UConn as Manager, Service & Retention (2016-18) and at the University of Texas as Team Leader, Service & Retention (2014-16). While with The Aspire Group, Christopher provided customer service to season ticket holders and sold new season, group and mini plan ticket packages. Other work experience includes the Tampa Bay Rays and Arizona State University.
Christopher hails from San Diego, California, earned a BA from Fresno State and MBA from Arizona State University. Currently living in South Windsor, Mead volunteers with the South Windsor Soccer Club and coaches his daughter’s soccer team for SWSC.
