Before UConn: Trudel arrived to Storrs as an 11-time most valuable player in cross-country and track & field… Was a three-time all-state selection along with being a two-time New Hampshire Cross-Country State Champion and a 2022 New Hampshire Meet of Champions 3,200m winner… Was selected to All-Northeast first team at NXR Northeast in 2021 and was a top 10 finisher in the Championship 5000m at Nike Outdoor Nationals… In addition, was New Hampshire Runner of the Year (2021) and state Gatorade Player of the Year in cross-country (2021).

Personal: Born on July 25, 2004… Daughter of Meredith and Jeffrey Trudel… Has a brother, Alex, and a sister, Emery… Currently majoring in nutritional sciences.
