Peggy Myers begins her 30th season with the UConn women's basketball program in 2023-24, serving in the role of program assistant.
Myers joined the staff in September 1995. Throughout the years, her role and responsibilities within the program have grown to what they encompass today. Some of her primary duties include managing office phone calls and visitors, donation requests, fan mail, autograph sessions, mailings to parents, family, friends and alumnae of the Women's Basketball program, a quarterly alumnae newsletter and assist in day to day operations of the Women's Basketball Office.
Myers graduated from UConn in 1986 with a degree in Design and Resource Management. She was a player on Geno Auriemma and Chris Dailey's first team. She and her husband Norm, who played football at UConn, are the proud parents of Kelly and Tommy, who were also both UConn athletes.
