Before UConn: Attended Brookfield High School in Brookfield, CT where he was an outstanding student athlete finishing in the top twenty percent of his class..Member of the National Honor Society, recipient of the Presidential Academic Award and Brookfield's Health and Fitness department's award...Earned all-state honors his junior season with second place finish in Class S State Championships...Team captain his senior season...All-Southwestern Conference Award for finishing first in Southwestern CT Conference Championships...Holds school records for 6 Dives (310) and 11 Dives (465)...Southwestern CT Conference meet record holder in 11 Dives.
