2024-25: Appeared in 16 games for the Huskies during his freshman season... Finished the season with a 10-4-1 overall record posting a .933 save % and a 2.01 GAA... Made a season high 41 saves vs. no.2 Boston College. Helped the Huskies win their first NCAA Tournament game making 21 saves while allowing just one goal... Following his freshman season signed an professional contract with the New York Rangers.

Tung comes to Storrs off a one-year stint in the BCHL with the Alberni Valley Bulldogs… Appeared in 38 games finishing with a 22-14-1 overall record, 2.80 goals against average and a .917 save percentage in the regular season. In the playoffs Tung finished with an 11-6-1 overall record with 2.11 goals against average and a .940 save percentage.
