Indoor: Competed at seven meets in 400, 200, and 4x400...Finished in the top-20 on 11 different occasions...First-place finisher at Scarlet and White Invitational in 4x400 with a time of 3:38.83...Took silver in 4x400 twice at the conference indoor championships (All-conference selection) and IC4A/ECAC indoor championships with times of 3:38.15 and 3:40.03 respectively...Bronze finisher in 400 and 4x400 (twice)...Bests: 400 - 55.47 at IC4A/ECAC indoor championships, 200 - 26.00 at Vanderbilt Invitational, and 4x400 - at conference championships.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-2018)

Indoor: Competed at six meets in 200, 400, DMR, and 4x400...Tallied six top-10 finishes...Took gold twice conference indoor championships in 4x400 and DMR with times of 3:41.12 and 11:29.93 respectively, AAC All-Conference selection for those performances...Bests: 200 - 25.46 at Valentine Invitational, 400 - 56.92 at conference indoor championships, DMR - 11:29.93 at same meet, and 4x400 - 3:40.31 at Scarlet and White Invitational.

Outdoor: Competed at eight meets in 200, 400, 4x400, and 400 Meter Hurdles...10 top-20 finishes...Silver medalist several times in 4x400 (twice) and 400MH...First-place finisher in 4x400 at the UConn Northeast Challenge with a time of 3:46.53...Bests: 200 - 25.05 at Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational, 400 - 56.15 at UCF Black and Gold Challenge, 4x400 - 3:36.67 at conference outdoor championships (AAC All-Conference selection this finish), and 400MH - 1:00.41 (prelims) at same meet.

AS A FRESHMAN (2016-2017)

Indoor: Won gold medal in the 4x4 (3:48.40) at the Wagner Invite, one of four top-10 finishes in the indoor season. Finished third in the 400m dash at same event...Earned silver medal in 4x4 (3:46.49) at David Hemery Valentine Invitational...Took sixth place in the 4x4 (3:43.97) at the American Indoor Track and Field Championships...Placed 10th in the distance medley relay (11:53.88) at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 400m dash at the UCF Black and Gold Challenge (57.69) and Miami Hurricane Collegiate Invitational (56.89)...Finished first in the 4x4 (3:43.42) at the UConn Northeast Challenge...Fourth-place finish in the 4x4 (3:50.95) at the Larry Ellis Invitational...Won gold medal in the 400m dash at the Brown Springtime Invitational...Fifth-place in the 4x4 (3:41.91) at the American Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
