Before UConn: Earned six varsity letters at Washington Township High School… A New Balance Preseason All-American in the 1,600m… USATF NH Distance Runner of the Year… Holds the fourth-fastest time in the New Jersey history in the 1,600m run… Sectional champion in both the 800m and 1,600m.
Personal: Daughter of John and Susan Kane… Has one brother, Colin (15)… A communications and journalism dual major at UConn.
