-Had season best in the 3,000-meters Steeplechase in 9:50.21 at the UConn Northeast Challenge
2018 Indoor (Sophomore)
-Finished 2nd in the 4x800 at the 2018 Great Dane Classic in 7:51.17
Before UConn: Earned four varsity letters at St. Joseph High School under head coach David Scrivines… A three-time All-Conference and All-State runner, also earning an All-New England spot and two Class M State Championships… Deemed captain and earned the St. Joseph school record for the 5k (15:58).
Personal: Son of Janice and Jim Mas… Has one sister, Cameron (20)… Also earned eight varsity letters for both indoor and outdoor track, as well as captainship… A co-MVP for both indoor and outdoor track and holds school records for the 400m, 1600m, 3200m, 300H, and 4x400m… Earned President’s Honor Roll, in addition to the St. Sebastian and St. Joseph Awards for academic and athletic excellence.
2018 (Junior)
-Finished the season with a 105th place finish at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship in Buffalo, running the 10K course in 35:06.7.
-Had a 27th place finish at the AAC Championship in New Orleans, running the 8.4K course in 28:55.0.
-Opened the season with an 18th place finish at the UMass Minuteman Invitational with a time of 20:23.9 on the 6K course.
2017 (Sophomore)
-Had a strong finish to the season with a NCAA Northeast Regional Championship in Buffalo, posting a time of 33:46.7 on the 10K course.
-Just missed all-conference status with a 16th place finish at the AAC Championship, posting a time of 26:05.1 on the 8K course.
-Took 7th place at the Brown Rothenberg Run, posting a personal-best time of 25:18.3 on the 8K course.
2016 (Freshman)
-Finished 63rd at the AAC Championship with a time of 28:08.5.
-Had an 8th place finish at the Rothenberg Run with a time of 25:30.9 on the 8K course.
-Was 12th at the New England Championship with a time of 26:15.0 on the 8K course.
-Made his collegiate debut at the UMass Minuteman Invitational, posting a 6K course personal best of 20:01.4.
