As a Sophomore in 2018-19: Captured two wins during sophomore campaign. Won the 500 Free against Southern Connecticut State (Oct. 20). Notched a seventh place finish in the 200 Free at the 2019 American Athletic Conference Championships.
As a Freshman in 2017-18: Tied for third on the team with 10 individual wins, tops among freshman...Helped the Huskies earn an All-Conference third place finish in the 800 Free Relay...One of three swimmers to accumulate over 100 points for the Huskies for the season...Won the 200 (1:42.88) and 500 Free (4:38.49) vs. St. Bonaventure...Came back in 500 Free to score a first place finish vs. Army.
Before UConn: Finished eighth at USA Swimming Winter Junior Nationals...Connecticut record holder in men's 17-18 200-yard freestyle...four-time high school All-American...all-state and all-conference honoree...two-time Class L state champion in 500-yard freestyle...Class L state champion in 200-yard freestyle...Connecticut Class L MVP.
